Limit of 2 pets per apartment. Some breed restrictions apply. Restricted brred include, but are not limited to, the following: Pit Bull Terriers, American Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers (Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, Canary Dogs, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Wolf Hybrids & German Shepards.

Pet Rent: $25 per month per pet
Pet Fee: $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet
